                I.            Firstly, Stay physically active. Do walk. Autumn is a better season to practice exercise and Yog asanas at morning or at sunrise, because temperature is not high as in summer like 48 or 50degree Celsius.

            II.            Try balance and strength training exercises. Practice yoga, breathing exercise.

       III.            Our home should be fall-proof.

        IV.            Have your eyes and hearing tested.

             V.            Find out about the side effects of any medicines you take. Because few people have seasonal allergic reactions.
