This is an amazing day.                                   Definition of sleep When your eyes are closed, your body is not active, and your mind is unconscious: I could not sleep due to all the noise next door.                                                                                                                                                             It is the time of rest, or it is also called a type of meditation. On Sunday morning, I slept late.

  The scientific definition of sleep        During sleep, external stimulation is reduced and the body's physiology undergoes complex and predictable changes. As a result of these changes, there is an increase in coordinated, spontaneous, and internally generated brain activity, fluctuations in hormone levels, and relaxation of the muscles. Sleep is really important for the proper functioning of the brain including nerve cells(neurons) and communication with each other. And make sure your bedroom should be quite dark, relaxing, and comfortable and the temperature of the sleeping room or bedroom should be comfortable.                                                        There is no voice on Tv, mobile phones, or computers. Remove such electrical devices before going to sleep. Taking proper sleep is really important for good health as take a good diet. If a person wants to live long and healthy both mentally and physically, they should take proper sleep, proper healthy meals, and get exercises regularly. Such a type of person keeps away from overthinking and depression.
