National Genealogy Day is celebrated on the 11th, of March every year. In 2023 it will be held on Saturday.                                                                                                                              The Study of family origin and history is called “Genealogy.”

In the narrow sense, a genealogy or family tree traces the descendants of one individual, while a family history traces the ancestors of one individual; however, both terms are often used interchangeably. as a result, you cannot trace your family tree, but you could trace your ancestor's genealogy and ancestry are related fields- in fact, genealogy is the study of ancestry.
